This role involves supervising front desk operations to ensure high quality and service for guests, assisting with hotel operations supervision when necessary, and contributing to exceeding Hilton’s guest service scores and departmental profitability. The hotel is a premier destination known for its contemporary style and exceptional service, located conveniently near the Mall of America and the city center. It offers 256 guestrooms and acclaimed dining options. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating front office associates, ensuring adherence to service and productivity standards, maintaining appropriate standards of conduct, and managing departmental operations such as reservations, supplies, scheduling, and budgeting to maximize revenue. You will also be responsible for implementing corporate marketing programs like Hilton Honors, resolving guest complaints, performing room inspections, and assisting with guest check-in/check-out and other guest services.
