  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Success in a fast-paced healthcare environment while managing multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Past Administrative experience in medical office desired.

  • Strong computer skills
  • Organize work load, input charges into computer, answering telephone lines, and greet all patients.
  • Work independently without constant supervision.
  • Answer the telephone in a courteous, helpful manner (as defined in the telephone skills area).
  • Creating Weekly Patient Schedules that align with needed Plan of Care
  • Creating Weekly Patient schedules that support the needed productivity of the clinic and therapists
  • Creating Patient Charts
  • Handle Referrals converting into New Patients
  • Insurance and Work Comp authorizations
  • Patient Follow-up
  • Ensuring Initial Evaluations and Progress Notes are signed and posted
  • Patient collections, collection balancing as per Financial Arrangement
