About The Position

WorkSmart Group is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join their community. As a staffing coordinator, you will assist in managing candidate interactions, onboarding candidates and maintaining positive candidate experiences while learning about our clients and staffing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Greet candidates with a positive attitude as they arrive at the office, ensuring welcoming and professional experience.
  • Answer high-volume inbound phone calls from candidates and clients.
  • Assist in the onboarding and processing of candidates, ensuring all necessary documentation and paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Learn about our clients and staffing needs to better understand the recruitment process and prepare for potential future recruitment opportunities.
  • Making a min of 25 outbound recruiting calls per day.
  • Answer phones courteously and assist callers
  • Proactively source qualified candidates from ATS and external job boards
  • Reach out, screen, and schedule appointments with potential candidates
  • Meet minimum outbound recruiting call and text requirements
  • Conduct initial onboarding and ensure all forms are filled out properly and completely
  • Conduct drug screens
  • Work closely with Front Office Onboarding Coordinator to help ensure efficient candidate experience
  • Additional responsibilities assigned.
