Sustainable Talent is conducting the search for an enthusiastic, organized, and patient-focused Front Office Coordinator / Medical Receptionist on behalf of Markson Chiropractic & Medical. Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer multi-line phones and assist patients with scheduling
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Verify insurance information and collect patient payments
• Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records
• Assist with patient intake paperwork and documentation
• Support patient flow and communication between departments
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every patient interaction
