About The Position
River Point RV Park is looking for a FT, year-round, friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Office Clerk to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a welcoming campground environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn reservation software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must successfully pass a background check prior to employment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Check guests in and out of the RV park.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with reservations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Provide information about the park, local attractions, and amenities.
- Assist with general office duties and help ensure smooth daily operations.
