The Front Office Clerk is a crucial first point of contact for patients visiting the healthcare center, responsible for greeting them courteously and making them feel comforted and supported. This role involves scheduling appointments, screening patients for correct billing and financial information, and assisting with client needs. The position requires attention to detail when managing patient charts and medical records to ensure efficient patient flow and physician treatment. The Front Office Clerk is also expected to be a team-player, assisting colleagues, and providing feedback to their manager for operational improvements, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility to enhance the overall experience for both clients and coworkers.

Responsibilities
