About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Office Clerk to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, the Front Office Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth check-in and registration process while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
  • Collect and verify insurance information, identification, and required paperwork.
  • Assist patients in completing necessary forms and documentation.
  • Schedule appointments and surgical procedures, coordinating with medical staff.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, providing general information and assistance.
  • Process co-pays, payments, and billing inquiries.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Organize and maintain front office records and files.
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
