About The Position

The Front End/Office Clerk is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This role involves embracing the Customer 1st strategy and encouraging associates to deliver excellent customer service, while demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Qualify Food Centers (QFC), a part of The Kroger Company since 1998, serves customers in 59 stores across Washington and Oregon.
