Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in hotel guest services, customer service, Front Desk, Food & Beverage, or hospitality preferred

Responsibilities

• Passion for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests throughout their stay
• Provide a seamless guest experience by supporting Front Desk and Food & Beverage operations
• Welcome and check in guests, process transactions, recognize loyalty members, and promote Marriott Bonvoy enrollment
• Prepare and serve food, cocktails, and other beverages while maintaining excellent service standards
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns, and take ownership of the overall guest experience
• Ability to multitask and shift priorities between guest arrivals, Front Desk responsibilities, and Food & Beverage service
• Maximize revenue by promoting hotel services, Food & Beverage offerings, and other guest experiences
• Create a positive, team-oriented environment focused on the guest
• Flexibility to work regularly scheduled morning, evening, weekend, and holiday hours
• Maintain high standards of performance, professionalism, and accountability
