Requirements
- 3+ years of prior dental front office experience is required
- Knowledge of dental software is required (ie. Dentrix, Eagelsoft, OpenDental, etc)
Responsibilities
- Greet patients with a warm smile, handle check-in/check-out, and manage smooth patient flow through the office
- Manage, optimize, and confirm appointment schedules to maximize chair time
- Answer multi-line phones, address patient inquiries, and make proactive re-care calls
- Verify insurance eligibility, compute co-pays, process payments, and assist with claims tracking
