About The Position
Pasadena Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic addition to our front office staff who pays close attention to treatment coordination! Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years or more of dental front-office experience and enjoys a fast-paced, friendly work environment. Requirements
- At least 2+ years of dental front office experience is required
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and go over treatment plans with our patients
- Promptly answer emails, phone calls, and voicemails
- Greet and check in patients with enthusiasm
- Answers patient questions about diagnosis and insurance coverage
- Assist other front office team members with general dental office tasks
