This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate from a Business Administration or related program who is looking to launch their career in a professional, client-focused environment. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for members and visitors while supporting key pension administration processes behind the scenes. You will play a critical role in delivering a positive member experience, supporting the intake and processing of pension applications, and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
