Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and hotel systems
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

  • Prior hotel experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with warm and personalized service
  • Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Answer phones and assist guests with reservations, directions, recommendations, and hotel information
  • Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
  • Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience
  • Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing procedures
  • Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service
  • Maintain professionalism and brand standards at all times
