About The Position

Barracuda is a neighborhood taco stand & margarita garden offering outdoor dining and takeout. We serve high-quality tacos on fresh tortillas, believing that great food and drinks should be prepared simply, at an accessible price point, and foster fun and memorable experiences for a diverse community of people. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older due to state laws regarding alcohol sales.
Personable and enjoys working with customers and a diverse team.
Personal interest and enthusiasm for food and proactive hospitality.
Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift).
Ability to lift heavy objects (25+ pounds).
Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
Available to work evenings, including closing.

Responsibilities

Take orders, explain the menu, and control the pace of service at the Counter.
Prepare and serve fresh margaritas, fruit beverages, and Mexican Coke at the Bar.
Run food and pack to-go orders.
Operate the dips station (chips + queso, guacamole, and salsa).
Maintain the yard by tidying tables and stocking napkins.
Restock bathrooms.
Implement Barracuda's standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness.
Create an environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
