Requirements

Current Oregon Food Handler's card
Current OLCC Permit
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience - food service or hospitality experience highly preferred
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to stay composed and solution-oriented under pressure
High standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
Reliability, accountability, and a collaborative mindset

Nice To Haves

Barista experience preferred but not required
A genuine passion for hospitality and team development

Responsibilities

Provide exemplary customer service: task pivot and converse with customers
Engage in active selling
Sale and promotion of products; Help direct customers around the store and menu
Maintain excellent product knowledge
Produce all food and beverage items precisely according to Elephant's recipes
Proper use equipment as specified by Manager and//or trainer
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Cross-train in various FOH roles
Reinforce service, sanitation, and food safety standards
Monitor workflow and pace during peak hours
Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
