About The Position

Call Your Mother is a Jew-ish deli that blends influences from Boca and Brooklyn, offering grandma-level hospitality with seriously good bagel sandwiches. Founded in 2018, the company has expanded from a farmer's market stand to multiple shops across various regions, with plans for further growth. They aim to create scrumptious, nostalgic food and unforgettable experiences in a fun, unpretentious atmosphere. This role is for a Front of House Team Member at the Crystal City location.

Requirements

Must be a morning person.
Must have weekend availability.
Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform repetitive physical movements.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to safely operate equipment and tools using manual dexterity.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment around hot equipment, sharp tools, and varying temperatures.
Must be able to occasionally work in confined spaces.
Must have integrity and take pride in doing the right thing for others.
Must be a team player without big egos and jump in when a teammate is in need.
Must be able to commit a regular guest’s order to memory, create a secret handshake or remember a guest’s name.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the restaurant industry is not required; a wide range of backgrounds are welcome.
