Ability to offer guests a heaping helping of good ol’ Call Your Mother Hospitality, brew the best coffee in the whole wide world, ring in orders, deliver scrumptious food accurately and with flair, keep the shop looking sparkly clean, be the expert on ALL things Call Your Mother, and lend a helping hand wherever and whenever your teammates are in need.
Seeing, hearing, speaking, reading, and communicating effectively.
