- Seeing, hearing, speaking, reading, and communicating effectively
- Standing, walking, reaching, bending, and performing repetitive physical movements
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Safely operating equipment and tools using manual dexterity
- Working in a fast-paced environment around hot equipment, sharp tools, and varying temperatures
- Occasionally working in confined spaces

- Brew the best coffee in the whole wide world
- Ring in orders
- Deliver scrumptious food accurately and with flair
- Keep the shop looking sparkly clean
- Be the expert on ALL things Call Your Mother
- Lend a helping hand wherever and whenever your teammates are in need
