About The Position

SUP Noodle Bar Buena Park is currently hiring Front-of-House team members to support daily restaurant operations and provide attentive service to our guests. We are seeking candidates who can work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment, communicate clearly with guests and team members, and perform the essential responsibilities of the position.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks during restaurant service.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ability to meet the scheduling requirements of the position, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Valid California Food Handler Card required. If certification is not currently held, manager will schedule new hire to obtain a Food Handler Card.

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Answer guest questions regarding menu items and restaurant offerings.
• Assist with maintaining clean and organized dining, service, and guest areas.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
• Communicate with Back-of-House and management teams to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow company procedures, food safety standards, and applicable sanitation requirements.
• Assist with additional Front-of-House duties as needed based on business operations.
