Requirements
- Prior barista experience is required.
- A passion for healthy food and beverages.
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to connect with guests.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Availability to work weekends is essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
- Prepare and serve our diverse menu, including smoothies, coffee, and food items.
- Utilize barista skills to craft high-quality coffee beverages.
- Handle retail transactions and maintain accurate inventory.
- Perform kitchen prep work as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dishwashing and general cleaning.
- Execute opening and closing procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
