About The Position

This position is responsible for welcoming and greeting guests in a warm and sincere manner. Manage seating charts and system, in addition to relaying pertinent information regarding guests to servers, kitchen, and management. Aids servers and bartenders in the delivery and removal of service items and maintains a cleaning dining and bar area. This position will require weekend availability, both Saturday and Sunday.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Friendly and welcoming customer service
• Ability to multitask
• Willingness and initiative to help out other employees with customers and service needs
• Takes direction easily from co-workers and leaders/managers to deliver best customer experience
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons
• Responsible for opening setup, closing duties, and cleaning projects
• Assists and supports servers and bartenders as needed
• Ensures all areas of restaurant are clean, organized, and presentable
• Performs specific and general duties including cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting
• Manage waitlist and seat guests according to section rotation
• Other duties as assigned.
