- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant or bar

Responsibilities
- Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping to manage budgetary goals
- Ensure complete guest satisfaction and guest connection throughout each shift
- Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift
- Handle guest concerns and compliments
- Develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best
