About The Position

The Front of House Supervisor is crucial in shaping this experience, leading the team that greets members, resolves issues, and upholds a high standard of hospitality. This role focuses on managing the overall member experience and ensuring members feel genuinely cared for, rather than just managing desk operations.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role in a premium hospitality, fitness, or service environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead a front-facing team and maintain a high service standard under various conditions.
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with scheduling, front desk operations, and membership or reservation management systems.
Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification, maintained annually.
Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check prior to commencement.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with MyAltea or similar platforms (training provided during onboarding).

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and schedule the front of house team, setting standards through personal example and coaching.
Manage the member experience, ensuring every interaction reinforces why members chose Altea.
Oversee the front desk operations, including check-ins, scheduling, membership inquiries, and daily opening/closing procedures.
Handle service recovery, professionally resolving issues to enhance member loyalty.
Maintain and uphold standards for presentation, cleanliness, team conduct, and communication.
