This role involves leading the team during service to ensure every guest interaction meets Topgolf's best-in-class standard. The supervisor will coach and develop team members in real time, uphold operating procedures, service standards, and safety protocols, and drive associate engagement to create a proud work environment. The position also requires executing opening and closing procedures, managing shift flow, and assisting with various business functions including team member development, ordering, inventory, facilities, and marketing. A key aspect of the role is demonstrating Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring, and acting as a leader that the team wants to follow and guests remember. The supervisor will perform other operational duties as assigned by their manager.
