About The Position

Byronz Restaurant Family is continuing to grow. We are currently hiring for a Front of House Service Manager position for our Bistro Byronz Willow Grove location. Position available to start immediately. We will contact you for an interview upon receipt of qualified applicants. As a member of our restaurant team, you will be a critical part of creating a positive and unique dining experience for the guests visiting your restaurant. Regardless of the position, you and your team will be the reason your customers continue coming back. Byronz Restaurant Family is seeking a FOH Manager / Service Manager. • Providing great customer service
• Ensuring each guest experience is exceptional
• Solving customer concerns and issues in a positive manner
• Managing FOH shifts
• Overseeing employee training
• Managing bar and LBW ordering
• Managing FOH labor and LBW costs
