About The Position
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. Requirements
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a food handlers card
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly
- Take and accurately relay customer orders to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during the meal and addressing any concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
