Our flagship restaurant, the Cock 'N Bull, is looking for a dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our team and drive hospitality excellence. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn great food and great service into unforgettable guest experiences.

Requirements

2+ years of restaurant management experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to stay calm, organized, and positive under pressure
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Hands-on leadership style — you lead from the floor, not the office
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
Serv Safe Certified or the ability to become certified upon hire

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during service periods
Cultivate a professional, upbeat, team-focused culture that guests can feel the moment they walk in
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Manage scheduling, floor operations, and daily service flow
Train, coach, and develop team members to perform at their best
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality
Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth communication and execution
Manage daily operations including opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations to provide a safe working environment for the team and dining environment for guests.
Monitor labor, sales, and operational performance goals, to optimize cost control measures and maximize profitability.
