Front of House Manager | Culinary Services

Cardinal Senior Living LLC•Battle Creek, MI
•$18 - $20•Onsite

About The Position

At NorthPointe Woods, a Cardinal Senior Living community, we’re looking for a Culinary Front of House Manager who brings energy, hospitality, organization, and leadership to the heart of our dining experience. This role is for someone who understands that great dining is about more than food. It’s about creating an experience where residents feel welcomed, valued, and cared for every time they sit down to a meal. You’ll lead the front-of-house dining team, create a warm and polished service environment, coordinate daily dining operations, support special events, and make sure the details, from table presentation to guest service, come together seamlessly. You’ll be the person who notices when a resident needs something before they have to ask, recognizes when the dining room needs attention, supports the team during a busy service, and takes ownership when something isn’t right. The expectation is simple: Create a dining experience that feels warm, organized, personal, and genuinely hospitable. Residents should feel that every meal matters, and your leadership will help make that happen.
