About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, service-driven Front of House Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume corporate dining environment. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys engaging with guests, leading teams, and creating an exceptional customer experience. As the face of the operation, the Front of House Manager will oversee guest service, café presentation, retail operations, and front-line team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring visibility on the floor and active engagement with guests and staff throughout the day.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in hospitality, foodservice, catering, restaurant, hotel, or corporate dining operations.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and confident presence.
Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with POS systems and cash management preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage daily cash handling, POS operations, and retail merchandising.
