This internship is responsible for maintaining a high degree of guest and staff member satisfaction while assisting with the day-to-day operation of the venue. The intern will ensure the highest quality product reaches guests, assist in training new staff, and support management in motivating, developing, coaching, and counseling staff to ensure proper service levels. Key duties include visiting tables to ensure guest satisfaction, managing inventory recommendations, assisting with labor controls and duty assignments, reporting staff issues to management, handling guest check adjustments, maintaining service efficiency, sanitation, and training standards, assisting with opening and closing duties, and ensuring productivity and quality standards are met. The intern will also maintain a high level of product knowledge, communicate effectively with guests, establish rapport through name recognition, and perform other assigned duties with urgency. Participation in weekly leadership classrooms and assignments with other interns is expected, along with adherence to responsible alcohol service, safety, sanitation practices, and all company policies and procedures.
