Temporary Front of House Lead
About The Position
The Temporary Front of House Lead operates ticketing software to process sales, exchanges, and will-call while providing excellent customer service and front-of-house support during select evening and matinee performances. This role generates ticketing and sales reports, records attendance, and coordinates and trains ushers to ensure adequate coverage for each performance. This position receives general direction from the Division Chair of Visual & Performing Arts. Employee may not exceed 19.5 hours per week. NOTE: This is a security sensitive position and an appropriate background investigation will be made on applicants being strongly considered for this position.
