About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR LEAD position. This role monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service. It involves managing inventory, ensuring staff is on task and quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized operation. The position also involves monitoring marketing and signage, and upholding policies and procedures for compliance with company and client expectations.

Requirements

• Previous shift lead or catering captain experience is required.
• Previous experience with ordering, invoicing, and serving is required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client communication by handling catering inquiries and confirming orders.
• Manage order and change updates by recording client requests and keeping all details current.
• Maintain CaterTrax records by updating client information, inquiries, and order details.
• Support billing processes by assisting with event billing and payment reconciliation.
• Coordinate administrative tasks by processing ECOs, collaborating with Chefs, and supporting the Director of Catering.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
