About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position. Location : Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center - 200 Hawthorne Lane, Charlotte, NC 28204. Note: online applications accepted only . Schedule : Full time schedule; 8 hour shifts, open availability is preferred. Days and hours may vary; 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. More details upon interview. Requirements

• 5 years of previous front of house experience required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
