FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About The Position
We are hiring immediately for a FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position. This is a Full Time Schedule, Monday to Friday. Bon Appétit Management Company operates more than 1,000 cafés around the country for corporations, universities, and museums, as well as a few dozen public restaurants. We’ve led the industry in socially and environmentally responsible sourcing, from sustainable seafood to cage-free eggs. We cook everything from scratch using fresh, local ingredients. The Job Summary Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
Requirements
- Previous food service experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
- Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
- Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
