About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position. This role involves leading event-day operations, coordinating staffing, setup, execution, and breakdown activities to ensure seamless event delivery. The Lead Supervisor will collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and event stakeholders to support exceptional guest experiences and successful event outcomes. They will monitor service quality, operational efficiency, and safety standards while proactively resolving issues that arise during events. Additionally, the Lead Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership by supporting front-of-house and service staff as needed to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Requirements

  • Previous high volume catering, bar, and customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Lead event-day operations, coordinating staffing, setup, execution, and breakdown activities to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and event stakeholders to support exceptional guest experiences and successful event outcomes.
  • Monitor service quality, operational efficiency, and safety standards while proactively resolving issues that arise during events.
  • Provide hands-on leadership by supporting front-of-house and service staff as needed to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
  • Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
  • Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
  • Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
