FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR positions. This role monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service. CulinArt manages more than 250 dining facilities for corporations, law and financial services firms, independent schools, colleges and universities, graduate schools, long-term care facilities and a variety of events & entertainment destinations across the country. Requirements
- Previous 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
- Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
- Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
