About The Position

Denny's is seeking passionate individuals for a Front of House - Late Night Server position. Requirements

• Effective communication in English, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Excellent guest service and people skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills (e.g., add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout a 4 to 8 hour shift.
• Must be able to legally work in Canada (as a citizen, resident or holding other current and valid work permit).

Responsibilities

• Greeting, seating, and serving guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
• Anticipating guest needs.
• Suggesting meal items.
• Receiving payments.
• Assisting other staff as needed.
• Creating a welcoming and quality experience for guests.
• Ensuring accurate and efficient service.
• Developing strong product and menu knowledge.
• Adhering to Denny's Brand Standards and internal policies and procedures.
• Performing other duties as required or assigned.
