About The Position
Mercer Street Hospitality is seeking an experienced front-of-house candidate for roles including Server, Busser, Runner, Bartender, Host/Hostess, and Maitre D's. Requirements
- A minimum of three years or more experience in high volume, casual fine dining, or fine dining environments.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Wine and beverage knowledge is a must.
- Guest-first approach to hospitality.
- Ability to anticipate guests' service needs.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work 3-5 shifts per week.
- Must be Covid Vaccinated.
- Must be able to work late nights.
- Must have full availability.
- Maitre D and host must be proficient in at least one of the following reservation systems: OpenTable, Seven Rooms, and/or Resy.
