About The Position
Byronz Restaurant Family is continuing to grow and is hiring for a Bartender and FOH Key position for their Brasserie Byronz Mid City location. This role is critical in creating a positive and unique dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate will have high energy, an eye for detail, motivational skills with staff, and the ability to develop employees. This role is responsible for ensuring that the restaurant upholds its standards of customer service and experience.

Responsibilities
- Providing great customer service
- Ensuring each guest experience is exceptional
- Solving customer concerns and issues in a positive manner
- Assisting managing FOH shifts
- Assisting with managing bar and LBW ordering
- Assisting with managing FOH labor and LBW costs
