About The Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Do-Nut Associate Staff to join our team. As a member of the Front of House team, you will play a vital role in customer service, food presentation, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Requirements
- Proficiency with cash registers and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, particularly in food presentation and sanitation practices.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor as they arrive
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Assist with food service tasks, including taking orders and serving food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests.
- Sanitize dining area and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Help maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed.
- Utilize basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change to customers.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and promote menu items.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
