About The Position
Waste Connections is seeking a Commercial Front Load Driver (Garbage Truck Driver) to join their team in Clearwater, FL. This is a full-time, year-round position operating a garbage truck on a specified route. The role involves regular heavy lifting, climbing in and out of the truck, and serving customers safely, efficiently, and courteously. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 5:00 am, with Saturday work three times a month, resulting in approximately a 50-55 hour work week.
Requirements
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- At least 2 years of Front Load work experience.
- Stable work history, preferably in a driver position.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds.
- Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions.

- Operating a garbage truck on a specified route.
- Safely, efficiently, and courteously serving customers.
