About The Position

El Paso Disposal, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety conscience Front Load Commercial CDL Driver to join our GROWING team in El Paso, Texas. This position involves safely operating a garbage truck on specified routes to collect solid waste, servicing customers as assigned, and performing routine vehicle inspections. The role requires professional and courteous interactions with customers and the ability to perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or B CDL
• Clean driving record
• 1 year of local route driving experience

Responsibilities

• Safely operating a garbage truck on specified routes to collect solid waste.
• Reading route sheets and service each customer identified on the sheet or assigned by the dispatcher.
• Performing routine post and pre route inspections on vehicles such as checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires.
• Having professional and courteous interactions with our customers when needed.
• Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
