Tessera is seeking an engaged, dependable, and highly motivated Front Line Section Lead to join our team. This position oversees issue/turn‑in clerks and ensures all OCIE issue and turn‑in operations are performed accurately, safely, and with exceptional customer service. The Lead coordinates daily workflows, maintains documentation standards, and supports team performance through coaching, training, and oversight. Typical duties include but are not limited to:
