About The Position

Exploria Resorts is seeking confident, outgoing individuals to join their team as Front Line Sales Representatives. This full-time position involves conducting face-to-face presentations in the sales center at the Poconos Mountain Villas resort. The role requires building rapport with prospective owners, communicating the benefits of Exploria Resorts, and generating sales through effective closing techniques. Leads are prequalified and provided by the company, with ongoing training available. The company has been serving the vacation ownership and hospitality industry for over 25 years.

Requirements

Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Ability to handle unique and challenging situations.
Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, both oral and written.
Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns and issues raised by team members and guests.

Nice To Haves

A Real Estate license is preferred but not required.
Face-to-face sales experience is preferred.
No timeshare experience needed.

Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face presentations in the sales center.
Find commonality with prospective owners and communicate the benefits of traveling with Exploria Resorts.
Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
Offer and sell the Exploria Resort experience to guests.
Update and provide various sales options to Club Exploria Resort members.
Show the advantage of becoming a Club Exploria Owner.
Build rapport and trust in both yourself and the company.
Discover and uncover the needs and interests of guests.
Overcome guest objections and meet sales standards.
Follow Exploria Resorts' front-line sales process to execute a sales presentation.
Display professionalism and a positive attitude.
Perform all other duties assigned by management.
