About The Position

Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our TSLOTS team as a Front Line Manager for the night shift. This role involves ensuring safe and timely material processing, managing a team of production associates and machine operators, and contributing to overall team productivity. The manager will assist team members with measurements, identify and prioritize workflow, assign tasks for efficient production, and address potential delays or problems. Responsibilities also include understanding and designing fixtures, conducting safety training, driving process adherence, maintaining accurate inventories, analyzing blueprints, calculating speeds and feeds, basic CNC machine programming, assisting with manual mill setups, and collaborating with adjacent departments.

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Pass company background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventories through cycle counts & inventory adjustments
• Ability to critically analyze blueprints
• Ability to calculate speeds and feeds
• Know basic shop floor programming on CNC machines
• Assist or perform set-ups on Manual Mill
• Assist department engineer and Facilitator
• Work collaboratively with adjacent departments
