About The Position

The Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and helps maintain the store’s appearance. The role is responsible for customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with a primary focus on the assigned store zone. The position requires maintaining an organized, recovered zone and supporting store operations, including receiving deliveries and pricing merchandise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team and interact well with customers and associates.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products in the assigned zone are merchandised and recovered according to visual merchandise standards.
• Stay informed about current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, pricing items, merchandising products, and recovering the store.
• Keep the assigned zone neat and organized.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
