The Front-End Revenue Cycle Training Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, maintaining, and evaluating training programs for clinic staff focused on patient access workflows within Epic. This role ensures staff are not only proficient in system navigation (Epic Cadence/Prelude) but also understand the critical “why” behind front-end processes and their direct impact on revenue cycle performance, denial prevention, and patient experience. The Specialist serves as a subject matter expert in scheduling, registration, insurance verification, benefits investigation, authorizations and workqueue management while promoting standardized workflows across clinics.
