Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
  • Experience in React.js and modern JavaScript such as ES6+ to build scalable UI components that integrate with the NATs cloud and web‑service architecture outlined in the NCBRE Analysis Toolset programs
  • Experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating UI components with the NATs backend and API workstreams such as collaboration with NATS API and Backend Lead roles identified in kickoff materials
  • Experience with Agile and SCRUM development, sprint cadence, and collaboration with roles such as Scrum Masters, technical leads, and cross‑functional SMEs as documented in program kickoff roster
  • Experience with version control Git and typical front‑end toolchains such as Webpack, Vite, npm, and yarn supporting coordinated development across multi‑team deliverables such as CR spreadsheets and UI implementation plans
  • Knowledge of UI/UX implementation workflows and design‑to‑development handoff, supporting CNEM and ECA features referenced throughout NATs planning and CDRL updates such as UI implementation plans
  • Ability to develop secure UIs capable of operating across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS environments, aligned with NATs transition‑in requirements
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
  • Experience with Java, Python, C#, C/C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, PHP, or Drupal
  • Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
  • Master’s degree
