- Ability to operate and troubleshoot front-end equipment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all front-end operations, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service
- Support customer service programs and respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide checkout support as needed, including register functions and customer assistance
- Guide and oversee front-end activities including scheduling, service levels, and daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive front-end environment
- Manage cash handling processes including tills, safe counts, reconciliation, refunds, and transactions
- Monitor inventory and ordering of front-end supplies and materials
- Hire, train, coach, and develop front-end associates and supervisors
- Support labor planning, budgeting, and expense control for the department
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Complete daily reports, payroll processes, and required documentation
