About The Position

PrimeCrew Solutions is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Front-End Loader Operator to join our team. The Front-End Loader Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment to move, load, and transport materials safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate has previous experience operating front-end loaders and is committed to following all safety procedures.

Requirements

Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment.
Strong understanding of safe equipment operation.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a front-end loader to load, move, and transport materials.
Load trucks, hoppers, conveyors, and other equipment as directed.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific procedures.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete daily production goals.
Perform light maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.
Assist with other labor duties when equipment operation is not required.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions and around heavy industrial equipment.
